Services · Brand and Identity
Decades of reputation,shown properly.
For businesses whose work is better than their brand. We define what you stand for, then give it a name, a voice and a look people remember and choose.
What's inside
Everything a brand needs to be chosen. From what you stand for to the files your team uses every day.
Positioning
What you stand for, who it is for, and why people should choose you over the next one.
Naming and verbal identity
Names, taglines, tone of voice and the few messages your whole team repeats.
Visual identity
Logo, colour, type, icons and the digital look and feel, with the rules that keep them consistent everywhere.
Brand refresh
For a brand people already know. We refine the logo, colours, type and icons instead of starting over, show you three directions, and finish with guidelines your team can use.
Company profiles and sales materials
The documents your team hands over, written and designed to win the meeting.
Packaging
Packaging that holds up on the shelf, in a photo and in a customer’s hand.
How it runs
Check first. Build what matters. Every brand project starts with a fixed-fee check, so the brief is based on what people and AI tools see today.
- How Google and AI answers describe you
- What your brand and website say today
- How you compare with three competitors
- What to fix first, in order
- Monthly design support
- New materials in the same voice
- Brand checks on new work
- A short report on what changed
Selected work
Brands we have built. New brands and refreshes, for businesses in Lebanon and beyond.
Questions
About brand projects. How long it takes, what you get at the end, and whether you need a new logo.
Do we need a new logo?
Not always. Sometimes the logo is fine and the problem is what you say, or how consistently you say it. The check shows which.
What do we get at the end?
Your positioning and brand story, a verbal identity (tone of voice, key messages and, when needed, a name or tagline), a visual identity (logo, colours, type and icons), guidelines your team can use, and the final files for print, web and social. Once the project is paid, they are yours.
How long does a brand project take?
Usually about three weeks with your reviews, depending on scope. Naming, packaging or a large set of materials adds time. Your fixed proposal gives you the exact dates.
Do you do the website too?
Yes. Many of our brand projects continue into the website, designed and built by the same team, so the brand and the site say the same thing. A brand and website together usually take 5 to 6 weeks.
Can you refresh our brand without starting over?
Yes. For a brand people already know, we keep what they recognise and refine the logo, colours, type and icons around it. We show you three directions and finish with guidelines your team can use.
How many directions and rounds of changes do we get?
Three directions to choose from, then two rounds of changes on the one you choose. Your proposal sets this out before we start. The directions you don't choose stay with us.
