About LIVBRID

What does LIVBRID do?

LIVBRID is a brand and digital design studio in Beirut, founded in 2013 as Creative Couple. The name is short for living bridge. We work with businesses in Lebanon, the Gulf and beyond on brand strategy and identity, brand refreshes, UX and UI design, websites, apps and digital platforms.

Is LIVBRID the same company as Creative Couple?

Yes. Creative Couple became LIVBRID in 2024. The studio, its founders and the direct way of working stayed the same. The name, the identity and the website changed.

Where is LIVBRID based?

Our studio is in Jdeideh, Mount Lebanon, on Pierre Amine Gemayel Street. Most projects run online, with calls and shared files, and clients are welcome to visit the studio.

Who do you work with?

Family and founder-led businesses, institutions and NGOs, in Lebanon and abroad. Most come to us when their work is better than the way they show it: a brand that looks dated, a website that doesn't explain what they do, or AI tools that describe them wrongly. You can see their projects on our Work page.

Do you work outside Lebanon?

Yes. We have worked with clients in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Denmark, the United States and Côte d'Ivoire, and most of them found us online. We work in English, French, Arabic and Armenian, and run projects remotely with calls and shared files.

Working with us

Where do we start?

In most cases, with an AI visibility check. If you already know what you need, tell us and we will quote it directly.

Not sure what you need yet?

Tell us what made you look for us: a brand that no longer fits, a website that brings no work, or an AI answer that got you wrong. We'll suggest the right first step. If an AI visibility check isn't it, we'll say so.

Who will we work with?

The people who do the work. LIVBRID is a small studio: the people who think about your brand are the ones who design and build it, from the first call to the final file. There is no account manager in between, and nothing gets lost in a handover.

Do we have to change both the brand and the website?

No. We do brands on their own and websites on their own too. If your brand already says clearly who you are, we build the website on it. If it doesn't, we'll tell you before you spend on a website, because a new website can't fix a brand problem.

Do you manage social media?

Only for clients whose brand or website we have made. We then design posts and stories from your brand's templates, schedule them and run your Meta ads. We don't make TikTok videos or reels, and we don't reply to comments or messages for you.

How much does a project cost?

Every project has a fixed fee in US dollars, written in the proposal with the dates before you sign. It depends on the scope: what we design, how many pages and screens there are, and what needs building. The AI visibility check has its own fixed fee, agreed before we start. For a brand and website, you pay half to start and half before launch.

How long does a project take?

A new brand and website together usually take 5 to 6 weeks, from the first meeting to launch. A brand on its own takes about three weeks and a website on its own three to four, with your reviews. An app or a system takes longer. Your proposal gives you the exact dates.

How soon will you reply?

Within one working day, by email or WhatsApp, whichever you used.

What happens after launch?

Once the project is paid, the files and the website are yours. If you want us to stay on, the Keep plan gives you about eight hours a month of design support and website care, and an AI visibility report every month, with the scope and fee agreed in advance. If not, we hand over the files and guidelines your team needs.

AI visibility

Is AI visibility the same as SEO?

They overlap. SEO helps people find your website on Google. AI visibility makes sure AI tools describe and recommend your business correctly, which depends on your website and on what other sites say about you.

Which AI tools do you check?

ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude. We ask in English and Arabic, and in French when your customers use it, in logged-out or private chats so no history shapes the answers.

What do you need from us?

A short kick-off call, where we agree on the questions your customers ask, the three competitors to compare you with and the one sales process we map. If you have them, viewing access to your website analytics and Google Search Console helps. We never need your passwords. The check takes five working days from the kick-off.

Can you guarantee we show up in AI answers?

No, and no one honestly can. Each AI tool decides what to say, and its answers change by language and by day. What we can do is make the sources it reads clear, correct and consistent, then ask the same questions again so you can see what changed.

How long until AI tools notice the changes?

It depends on the tool. Tools that search the web as they answer, like Google AI Mode and Perplexity, can pick up a corrected website or Google profile within weeks. Answers that come from what a tool learned earlier change more slowly, over months. That is why monitoring on the Keep plan runs every month.

What if we don't continue with you?

You keep the report and the list of fixes in order, and your own team or anyone else can work from them. The check is paid on its own, with nothing more to sign. If you do continue with us within 60 days, its fee is credited in full.

Brand and Identity

Do we need a new logo?

Not always. Sometimes the logo is fine and the problem is what you say, or how consistently you say it. The check shows which.

What do we get at the end?

Your positioning and brand story, a verbal identity (tone of voice, key messages and, when needed, a name or tagline), a visual identity (logo, colours, type and icons), guidelines your team can use, and the final files for print, web and social. Once the project is paid, they are yours.

How long does a brand project take?

Usually about three weeks with your reviews, depending on scope. Naming, packaging or a large set of materials adds time. Your fixed proposal gives you the exact dates.

Do you do the website too?

Yes. Many of our brand projects continue into the website, designed and built by the same team, so the brand and the site say the same thing. A brand and website together usually take 5 to 6 weeks.

Can you refresh our brand without starting over?

Yes. For a brand people already know, we keep what they recognise and refine the logo, colours, type and icons around it. We show you three directions and finish with guidelines your team can use.

How many directions and rounds of changes do we get?

Three directions to choose from, then two rounds of changes on the one you choose. Your proposal sets this out before we start. The directions you don't choose stay with us.

Websites and Apps

Do you build apps as well as websites?

Yes. We design and build phone apps for iPhone and Android, and web apps and platforms people log into, like the International Labour Organization's online learning portal. For internal systems your team runs on, such as quoting tools and AI assistants, see livbrid.ai.

Can we update the website ourselves?

Yes. We build every website on a content system your team can use to change texts, photos, products and articles without a developer, and we show your team how it works before launch.

Do you redesign existing websites?

Yes. We start from what your current site does well and what gets in the way: the pages people use, what Google and AI tools read, and where visitors give up. If you only want to know what to fix first, a UX/UI review gives you that list without a rebuild.

Will the new website show up on Google and in AI answers?

We set up the basics before launch: Google Search Console, structured data, your Google profile, and pages written so people and AI tools understand them. No one can promise a ranking or a mention, but your site will give Google and AI tools what they need to describe you correctly.

How long does a website take?

Usually three to four weeks with your reviews, when your brand already says clearly who you are. An online shop or a second language adds time, and an app takes longer. Your fixed proposal gives you the exact dates.

UX/UI review

What do you need from us?

A short kick-off call, a link to the site or app (or a test version if it sits behind a login), and the tasks your users most need to finish. Questions your support team hears often help too.

Can our own developers make the changes?

Yes. Every finding shows the screen, what goes wrong, why it matters and what to change, written so your developers can work from it. If you would rather we made the changes, we give you a fixed quote.

Do you review apps and dashboards, or only websites?

All of them: websites, phone apps, web apps and dashboards, live or about to launch. We go through each one on a computer and on a phone.

How long does a review take?

It depends on how many journeys and screens there are. We agree on the three to five tasks that matter most at the kick-off, and your fixed quote gives you the date of the walkthrough.

Is a review the same as user testing?

No. In a review, we go through your product the way a new user would and check every key screen for clarity and ease of use. User testing watches your real users try it. A review is quicker and finds the problems that slow most people down, while testing shows how your own users behave. If you need testing as well, we'll tell you.

What if we have no design system?

That is common. We note where colours, type, buttons and spacing differ between screens, and tell you whether a design system would save your developers time. If it would, we can design one.

Systems

Do we have to stop using WhatsApp?

No. Customers can keep writing to you on WhatsApp. What changes is where the order, the quote and the history end up: in one place your whole team can see.

Is livbrid.ai the same team?

Yes. livbrid.ai is our platform studio, run by the same team, for the systems your business runs on every day: quoting tools, bookings, client portals and AI assistants. Brands, websites and apps stay at livbrid.com.

Can it grow with us?

Yes. We start with the one process that costs you the most time, and add the next one once the first is in use. Each part is built on the same system, so you add to it instead of starting over.

How long does a system take to build?

It depends on what it needs to do, so we quote it after a first conversation about your process. We start with the one process that costs you the most time, and your proposal gives you the exact dates.

Internships

Do you take interns?

Yes. We take design interns to work on real client projects with us. Send your portfolio and a few lines about what you want to learn to info@livbrid.com, with "Internship" in the subject.

What will an intern work on?

Real client projects, not exercises: brand strategy and identity, and website design and build, including how a site gets found by people and AI tools. You follow a project from the brief to the live site, at our studio in Jdeideh, for two to three months. The internship is unpaid.
