What we keep,and why.

When you write to us through a form: your name, your company, its website, your email or WhatsApp number, and your message. If you email or message us directly, we keep that conversation.

If you choose “Accept all”, Google Analytics receives the pages you visit, the type of device, and an approximate location. It does not receive your name. If you choose “Essentials only”, that measurement stays off.

To reply to you, prepare a quote and do the work you ask us to do. We don't sell your details, we don't share them for advertising, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking.

In our own systems, hosted by the services that run this website. Only the LIVBRID team can see it. A service we use to run the site or reply to you only gets what it needs to do that job.

We keep enquiry details while we need them to reply and follow up. If we work together, we keep project records for as long as Lebanese law asks us to.

The site needs no cookie to show you a page. Analytics uses a cookie, and only after you choose “Accept all”. There are no advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time from Cookies in the footer.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@livbrid.com and we'll reply as soon as we can.
